Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use the Service. By using ZELVIKA you represent that you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By uploading, you grant ZELVIKA a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on and in connection with the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that exploits minors.
• Post nudity, pornography, gore, or shock content.
• Infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Scrape, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

The ZELVIKA name, logo, design system and editorial curation are our property. You may not use them without written permission.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@zelvika.com with the required information (identification of the work, the infringing material, your contact details and a good-faith statement).

The Service may display third-party advertising and links. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; consult their terms and policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZELVIKA and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable local law of our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
